Account, Profile, Connected Devices and Apps
We collect account information such as your name, email address, date of birth, gender, weight, username, and password, to facilitate security measures and grant access to our Services. This information is used to provide more precise performance analyses and recommendations.
Profile, activity, and usage information are gathered when you opt-in to upload content like pictures, posts, or activities (including date, time, geo-location data, speed, pace…etc), join challenges, specify equipment usage, view others' activities, or engage in other Services.
Your contact information is utilized to reach out to you as necessary, such as responding to support requests, ensuring effective communication.
Health Data:
We use Apple’s HealthKit and Google Health Connect to read and write certain data to and from your device. We only access your data after you give us consent during onboarding. This data may include:

We utilize your health data to show your activity, trends and provide personalized recommendations for you. Your health data is accessed through Apple Health Kit and Google Health Connect and will not be stored by the app or sent to any server without your permission.
We do not use your data for marketing or advertising purposes to third parties without your consent.
Location Data
We use your location data to show you the route of your maps and distances. Your Location Data will be accessed locally through Apple Health Kit, Google Health Connect and will not be stored by the Pi App without your permission. This app cannot read your Location Data from Apple Health or Google Health Connect without your consent.
We will not share or use your location data for any marketing or advertising purposes.
Artificial Intelligence Data
For certain of its services, Pi may employ Artificial Intelligence (AI) or other similar technologies, which may include the processing of user data. The processing of the data is used to offer personalized insights and suggestions based on your health data. Pi will take reasonable means to preserve the privacy and security of such data, but Pi is not liable for any loss or harm resulting from the user's use of AI or similar technologies. By utilizing Pi’s services, the user understands and accepts the risks involved with the use of AI or similar technologies and agrees to indemnify and hold Pi harmless for any claims, damages, or losses resulting from such usage.
We do not store or share any data you type or share with our AI assistant.
Data Security
The security of your information is important to you and us. We implement strict security measures to protect your personal information and health data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, please note that no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from anyone under the age of 13 without verification of parental consent, we will take steps to delete and remove that information.
Your Choices and Rights
Access and Correction of Personal Information: You have the right to access, correct, delete or update your personal information. You can do this by accessing your account settings within our platform.
We will delete your Personal Information when it is no longer needed for the purposes for which it was collected, or when you request us to do so. You can request us to delete your account here or in the Pi App via settings. Please note that we may be required by law or other legal obligations to retain some of your Personal Information, even after your request for deletion. However, once those requirements are no longer in place, we will promptly delete your Personal Information in accordance with your request. We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring that your personal information is treated with the utmost care and respect.
Disclaimers
We make no guarantees as to the suitability of this app for the user, or for any of its functionality, accuracy, price, or usefulness, and will not be held responsible in the event that damage is incurred. We reserve the right to change this app or to stop offering it in accordance with the law. This company will not be held responsible if this app is discontinued, changed, or otherwise made unusable and data is damaged or lost as a result.
